In preparation for the opening night service, the Maui Locale performed dance presentation entitled “I Am Free”. The Honolulu Locale Praise and Worship Team led the congreagtion in the singing of hymns and praises. Sister Russel Bularon, master of ceremony, led the program in the evening. Honolulu Locale Choir and Maui Locale Quartet rendered a very heartfelt and soulful song of praise unto the Lord. Pastor Gallagher Concepcion, Western Pacific District Coordinator, welcomed the guest speakers for this remarkable gathering in the district. Offertory message was delivered by Evangelist Leticia Ferriol and in the most important part of the service, which was the meditation of the Word of God, was ministered by the Goodman of the House, Apostle Arsenio T. Ferriol.
In the second day of the Area Fellowship, brethren once again gathered to give the highest worship unto the Lord. Master of ceremony, Sister Stephanie Palacio with Maui Locale Praise and Worship Team, initiated the worship service with more hymns for the Lord. The opening prayer was led by Brother Charlie Rosal, while the reading of the scriptures was led by Pastor Rainier Ramos and the Offertory message was brought by Evangelist Leticia Ferriol. To further showcase the God-given blessings and talents to the brethren of the Hawaiian Islands, Kauai extension, Leeward extension and Maui Locale churches prepared very touching songs of praises during the Divine Worship. Once more, Apostle Arsenio not only reaffirmed his calling as the Goodman of the House, but also strengthened the faith of the brethren as well as encouraged the visitors that witnessed this momentous event.
Before the day ended, the Hawaiian Islands Area Fellowship held its closing service. District Cadets performed a Hula Dance Presentation “Hawaiian Roller Coaster” followed by Dance Interpretation by the Honolulu Youth. “The Prayer” Hula Dance was performed by the Leeward Extension brethren. The fellowship concluded with the Words of God delivered by the Evangelist Leticia Ferriol. The Evangelist once again reminded us that the growth of the church is being measured by our faith and works we have done for the Lord.
The victory of the Hawaiian Islands Area Fellowship was indeed a great manifestation of God’s unending grace upon His people, most especially in the Western Pacific District. The Lord is surely fulfilling His promise, “Though your beginning was small, yet your latter end would greatly increase (Job 8:7).” We are indeed blessed to be part of the true church in the end time because we have the assurance of our salvation as we continue to be steadfast and fruitful followers of the Goodman of the House.
